Holiday Country Craft Fair & Indoor Farmers Market
To Benefit The Penns Valley HOPE Fund
Saturday, December 12, 2009 from 10 AM – 2 PM
The Old Gregg School Community and Recreation Center Spring Mills, PA
Your $20 vendor fee is non-refundable, as the proceeds go to support The Penns Valley HOPE Fund and The Old Gregg School. If for some reason we cannot accept your application or include you in our craft fair, then your check will be returned.
Applications are accepted on a first received/first paid basis. Farmer’s Market Sellers and Handmade Crafters/Artisans will be assigned table spaces inside the main gym. All other home business vendors and additional non-profit awareness displays will receive good shopper placements throughout the Old Gregg School Building, including the stage in the main gym, in classrooms, in hallways, and upstairs, if needed.
Your business will be highlighted over the PA system by our MC, and volunteers will be stationed throughout the building to guide and direct shoppers to your vendor tables. This event will be well publicized and receive local media coverage. Live music and other events will add to the festive atmosphere. Record crowds attended our event last February in support of The HOPE Fund. Our goal is to break those records and raise even more funds.
Please note that unless otherwise arranged through Robin Bastress (OGS tables are reserved for the OGS Farmers Market Food Sellers only) YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN TABLE(S).
